Arising thereby the newly merged ALSO-Actebis Group has become Europe's third-largest distribution and logistics company for information and communications technology and consumer electronics with a turnover of around 6.8 billion Euros in 2010 and more than 3,000 employees. ALSO-Actebis is active in twelve European countries and market leader in seven countries.

The ALSO-Actebis Holding AG is headquartered in Hergiswil (Switzerland) and has been listed on the Swiss stock exchange. The German based Droege Group holds a majoritiy interest.
