GNT Signs Distribution Agreement with Acer

HELSINKI , FINLAND -- May 23, 2005 -- GNT Group, the leading IT and consumer electronics wholesale distributor in Finland and the Baltic region, today announced a distribution agreement with Acer. Shipments of Acer products in Finland through GNT will begin in early June.

Acer is the third-largest PC supplier in the EMEA region. Acer products include laptops, workstations, desktop PCs for home use, and flat panel monitors. Acer is the European market leader in notebook computers. Acer has also rapidly grown its share in the display market, and the company is the #3 supplier of TFT screens in Finland.
